You've Been There
Scrolling for answers.
Saving all the things.
Feeling more overwhelmed.
Still not sure what to do first.
The Problem?
ADHD can be overwhelming, especially when you add in everything that comes from a new diagnosis.
-
Shame from what could have been had you known earlier.
-
Confusion on what to do next.
-
Fear of failure even though you now know the problem.
You struggle because everyone "knows" how to manage ADHD, but they're all telling you different things.
And that is not your fault.
What you really need is a filter. A way to know what information you need and what you don't.
Imagine 30 Days from Now...
-
You know what ADHD is and how it shows up for you.
-
You're no longer trying to fix everything at once.
-
You have a strong foundation to build successful routines.
-
You open a new ADHD article and instead of panic-saving it, you know immediately whether it's relevant for you right now.
What You'll Get
-
A clear roadmap for the first 30 days.
-
What to focus on (and what can wait).
-
Steps sequenced for where you actually are right now, not where you think you should be.
-
More clarity, less chaos.
All for just: $44

About Morgan
I've had a lot longer than 30 days to figure this ADHD thing out.
I was diagnosed as a child, which means I've had decades to experience what actually works, what doesn't, and what sounds great in theory but never quite translates into real life. For a long time I believed ADHD put a ceiling on what I could accomplish. What I had to learn, slowly and not always gracefully, is that success was never going to come from forcing myself to function like everyone else. It came from understanding how I actually function and building from there.
Today I've built a professional career while continuing to learn how to work with my ADHD rather than fight it. Along the way I've studied life and wellness coaching, nutrition, mindfulness, and movement — all in service of understanding how we support ourselves in everyday life.
I didn't create this guide because I've found the one perfect way to manage ADHD. I created it because I know how much easier this journey becomes when you know where to start. When you've just been diagnosed, more information isn't always what you need. Sometimes you just need someone a little further down the road to say — this matters, that can wait, start here.
That's what I'm here to be for you.
